We aim to ship all orders within 3-5 business days. However we do ask for a few days grace during buy shopping times of the year such as Black Friday and Christmas.

If you placed your order with 3-5 days you should be receiving your shipping confirmation shortly.

If you have received a shipping notification and tracking details, you can track your shipment on the carriers website.

At this time we only ship within the continental USA, however we are working with our shipping parters to expand our shipping areas.

All returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date of your package.  Your items must be unused and in the condition as you received it.  Please email greenlanelearning@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return to initiate the return process.   

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  (Except in the case of company error or shipping damage)

Due to the nature of our digital download products, we can not offer returns or refunds on the digital download products.

After the item(s) are returned and inspected, a refund will be issued.
